This month’s PDM will dive into how the trajectory of our future is easily impacted by effective or ineffective communication. This topic appears to be self explanatory but every day businesses and people struggle to achieve results because intent is lost, misunderstood, or worse our ego’s get in the way.
Chris has over 20 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain with highly effective relationship-building and change management skills in developing people and executing and sustaining change quickly.
As a transformational leader, Chris will walk us through examples of projects and objectives that were either achieved or not and how communication played a role in the results. Some of these projects include system and process implementations such as WMS and SIOP. Chris attributes successes and opportunities to the communication and change management plans.
Chris has provided servant leadership for over 300 people across multiple sites. He has developed and led organizational initiatives in safety, people, quality, delivery and cost. He has launched a number of lean principles that elevated efficiency and effectiveness, accelerated order fulfillment and order-processing time, improved service levels, and helped retain customers and employees.
In his free time Chris enjoys running, hiking, camping, spending time with his family and dogs.

Dave is a keynote speaker, outplacement consultant, and executive recruiter. He helps employers on both ends of the employment life cycle – when they’re hiring and when they’re firing.
On the front end, he provides executive recruiting services. On the back end, Dave helps employers soften the blow when they let employees go by offering the best outplacement services on the planet.

In addition to O’Farrell Career Management and ASCM Atlanta, Dave volunteers as the leader of a job search ministry, he’s a local and national member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and he manages social media for another HR group in south metro Atlanta.
